“Another Round Win at Sandown”

After Barbagallo there was the long trip back to Melbourne. Of the 3 cars the only one needing Panel beating attention was Andrew’s. So it was a quick trip back to Lacey’s once more. Bob and I had discussed maybe not sending it back and to live with the damage until a later date but he made the decision whilst I was o/seas that panel work was needed plus we needed to replace the front bumper anyhow.

We had scheduled a strip down on Bart’s gearbox to do some preventative maintenance and found that there were extensive parts replacements needed including yet another LSD (Limited Slip Diff). I was able to get my hands on 2 out of Germany and this allowed us to replace the cracked one that we had to run in Andrew’s car at Barbagallo as well.
